Design Intent/Philosophy: Gvastu is leading architecture, Vastu and yantra installation for a 200‑acre landmark estate in Australia’s Hunter Valley, weaving ancient spatial intelligence into contemporary rural luxury. The masterplan aligns villas, wellness facilities, water bodies and agricultural zones with directional energy flows, so landscape, buildings and yantras work as one cohesive field. This long‑term project is designed to support regenerative hospitality, deep restoration and strong investor value on one of Australia’s most sought‑after lifestyle destinations.
